Eat Ice cream.

Few months has passed since the start of Uni / College / skool. Everyday sit in class, chit chat .. listen to lessons bla bla bla. Very boring rite !!! I'd say , go out and take some fresh air !
This is some moves or activities suggested!

Step 1 : Buang sueh.
Do this before u start any activities to avoid unwanted things
: Ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ~


Step 2 : Head warm up!
This is a good exercise to show owes use ur head! and not only talk. xD
Shout out lungs out : Hiah ! , when doing this to show ur tough too !


Step 3 : Upper body - Start Slow...
When doing something, kenot straight go hyper.
If straight go on hyper mode, body can become cramp or worst, u faint!
coz suddenly ur heart need to pump blood to some part of the body and havent reach ,
aledy need to pump to other part! so u know lah.
Must go slow! man man lai Ok !


Step 4 : Up teh speed.
After u feel fired up! increase ur movement speed.
If you continue the slow motion wan, u sure sleep coz boring.
This is extremely useful for swiming as it helps u to improve ur floating skills!


Step 5 : Shoulder twist.
Hulk hogan always do this. Superstar mah!
How to do? just swing ur hands and point to the sky!


Step 6 : Rush Hour !
Just like in rush hour 2, Puff Daddy - I'll be missing you song was played,
Jacky and Chris did the "move" in the car, if u remembered.

Move right then left

move left then right

Step 7 : The boogie dance
You can entertain ppl this way. Also, can be used when clubbing etc.


Reminder : Dont forget to do your prayer !

Step 8 : Cool down - Breathing
After a long day , also kenot terus rest.
Do some kungfu breathing, it helps!
Tarikkkkkkkkkkkkkk nafas ( deep breath )...then Hembusssssssss ( breath out ).....

Something to share : Groupies ( optional )
If ur bored , u can always find a partner / fren along with u.
Together gether sounds more fun than being alone.


Step 9 : Finale
Give urself a clap for following this healthy exercise.
Exercise is good, can help u go fit. So practise it owes yah!

New Change, Old past , Accept the resist

I bet everyone that is using windows live messenger nowadays feels abit old skool rite?
Sammore , the messenger keep on bugging you all to upgrade the new version . So just to satisfy the bugger, you install lar hor. But then rite, got problem due to "bla bla" windows or something. hehe. xD

If no problem , thennnnn good for u lar. Do visit *after download tips* if u havent been there.
Here goes the simply guide by me :

For those who havent change to version 8.5 yet, you can do so by clicking here . This installer is small in size ( 2.5 - 3mb ) because its an auto installer, which includes toolbars, setting homepage to msn.com and stuff. CHOOSE THIS IS YOU CANT WAIT COZ YOU'LL FINISH DOWNLOAD IN NO TIME. ( actually depends on ur speed ) hehe :P

For those who are having problem in changing to the new 8.5 and need the stand alone application which is SO must more easier to install than the above option click here BUT TAKES A LIITLE LONGER TIME TO DOWNLOAD. aiya u download tak kan wan to watch it to finish, of course u go do ur other stuff rite. kekekeke +_+

Download A-Patch to tweak ur windows live. You get to preview whats the changes made once select that option too ! :) :) :)

Remove Advertisement : check Preview area before tweaking.
